Redfly Pilates T&Cs

By booking a class, pass, or package with Redfly Pilates via Bookwhen, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. How to Book & Advance Booking Windows

● Two-Step Booking Process: Buying a class pass does not automatically secure your spot in a class. Please ensure you book onto your specific individual classes after purchasing your class pass.

● 6-Week Advance Window: You can only view and book classes up to 6 weeks in advance. Schedule blocks are released progressively.

● No Booking Link Sharing: Please do not share the Bookwhen booking link with friends or family. If someone you know is interested in joining, please encourage them to contact Redfly Pilates directly in the first instance so we can properly welcome and onboard them.

2. Class Pass Validity

● 4-Class Pass: Valid for 35 days from the date of purchase (giving you 5 weeks to use 4 classes).

● 5-Class Pass: Valid for 42 days from the date of purchase (giving you 6 weeks to use 5 classes).

● 6-Class Pass: Valid for 49 days from the date of purchase (giving you 7 weeks to use 6 classes).

● 8-Class Pass (Frequent Attendance): Designed for clients attending 2 classes per week. This pass must be used within 35 days from the date of purchase and gives you your final class completely free!

● Expiry Policy: All class passes have a strict expiry date. Any unused classes after the designated days will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

● No Refunds: All sales are final. Redfly Pilates does not offer refunds for any class passes or individual bookings.

● 24-Hour Transfer Policy: You may transfer your class booking to a different date up to 24 hours before the class starts via the Bookwhen system. Transfers requested less than 24 hours before the class start time will not be permitted, and the class credit will be lost.

● Non-Transferable Credit: Class credits are strictly for personal use. You cannot transfer or swap your classes or passes to friends or family members.

4. Class Etiquette and Attendance

● Punctuality: Please arrive in good time before the class starts to settle in and collect any necessary equipment.

● Late Arrivals: For your safety and to prevent disruption to the class, please do not enter if you are running more than 5 minutes late.

● Digital Detox: Mobile phones and smartwatches must be switched off, placed on do-not-disturb, or set to aeroplane mode, and left away from the class area (in bags or cars). This hour is dedicated to connecting with your body and breath, and ensuring a quiet space for everyone to switch off.

5. WhatsApp Community Group & Communication

● Weekly Class Group: There is a dedicated WhatsApp group for clients attending a weekly class. This group is used to share weekly updates on what to expect (including optional equipment to bring) and payment reminders.

● Private Messages Only: Please send a direct private message to Redfly Pilates for all personal questions, payment confirmations, cancellations, and class swap requests.

● Group Chat Rules: Do NOT post individual booking queries, cancellation notices, or administration questions in the group WhatsApp chat.

6. Health, Safety, and Equipment

● Yoga Mats: Yoga mats are not provided. You must bring your own mat to every class.

● Style of Pilates: Redfly Pilates practices Contemporary Pilates mixed with mobility exercises and elements of yoga. Optional equipment is used in most classes.

● Medical Clearance: Please ensure you are fit, well, and have appropriate medical approval before commencing any exercise class.

● Health ParQ: All clients must complete the Redfly Pilates Health ParQ form prior to attending their very first class. It is your responsibility to notify Redfly Pilates of any changes to your health or physical condition.
