I joined Redfly as really needed to improve my mobility, flexibility and strength. I'd not found anything I'd liked, so with encouragement from my friends I gave it a try and I'm so glad I did! Carly is an amazing teacher, she is so supportive and helps adapt things I struggle to do and nothing is a problem. Every week is different, including the music - which is always my thing! And Christmas was great fun! The class is friendly and most importantly, we laugh! Little steps, but my flexibility is definitely improving 😃 Thanks Carly 🧡
Can't believe the results from joining Carlys pilates class since January..clothes fit better, mobility is better...and I have a stronger more defined core...classes are friendly, always different levels to practise at..have never stuck at an exercise class before..but am loving this...thanks Carly
I've had lower back issues for years now, worsened after the birth of my first child in 2018. But coming to Redfly for the past year has significantly strengthened my back and lowered the number of issues I usually experience. Carly is a kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable teacher and I've enjoyed every second of the classes!
I joined Redfly after recommendation from a friend. I had been going to Pilates classes for a few years but have never found anyone who suited me. Carly's classes are challenging, informative, friendly, and above all, fun!

I think it's safe to say, we all love you Carly! You always give us your all, each class is different, you're a brilliant teacher! I love seeing people doing well, doing what they love.
As a beginner I didn't know what to expect both from the type of exercise and the class environment, but now I've been going to Carly's classes for a month or so, I've enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a 2nd weekly class and jacked in the gym completely (which I always hated).
Carly is so friendly and the classes are for all levels. My only wish is that I started earlier as I absolutely love it.

I’ve never started any form of exercise that I have actually looked forward to each week and always felt like I was dragging myself there.
Not only do I feel stronger after just 6 sessions I find it’s the one time of the week I truly get to focus on me and the present moment.
I sleep better the night of my class than I do any other night of the week probably because at the same time as strengthening the session also relieves sooooo much of the tension I hold in my body due to having such a physical job and the general stresses of life/running a business.
